Objective:

Maximize monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Scope

1.       Prospect, demo and win new accounts.

2.       Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.

3.       Develop and grow sales channels.

4.       Plan and execute sales intiatives.

5.       Support post-sales and product management.

Skills

  • More than 5 years' experience in enterprise software sales
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales management
  • Intellectual curiosity: eager to learn, and able to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Team leader: strong inter-personal skills, energetic, and self-starting
