As Content Lead you will be the gatekeeper of all content across multiple touchpoints and mediums. 

ON A TYPICAL DAY: 

Your initial task will be to develop our content strategy; based on the brand strategy and target audience, define the long-term objectives for content. You will need to have an oversight on all the different content channels; from events to newsletters, social media and sales collateral, to identify the strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities, to evolve the existing framework of content topics and media channels.

Next, put the strategy into action through content creation and execution. Building on our unique brand voice, use your skills in storytelling, copywriting and creative work production to plan our content, collaborate with internal stakeholders and, curate and manage external partners, to deliver outstanding content.

Manage all owned publishing channels (website, newsletters, community boards, social media accounts, magazines..) and identify additional paid media channels for us to use.

Define measurable objectives for each piece of content and put tracking in place, that is used for learning and optimization of amplification

Identify event opportunities that complement the content framework, collaborating closely with the events and community teams.

Support sales & marketing in developing relevant collateral and ads that are on brand. 

Manage and grow a team, based on the needs of the business. Engage external parties and build a network of contributors.
