- To ensure proper approval and account coding for supplier's invoice
- Review invoice for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prepare payment voucher for supplier payment
- To ensure payment process is initiated on a timely basis
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statement
- Maintaining petty cash, preparing petty cash payment voucher
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Handle basis account administration work and filing
- Liaise with vendor and respond to inquiries
- Perform any ad-hoc job assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): candidate who familiar with autocount accounting system will be favourable, Able to perform in a fast paced environments.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
