- You not only managed the Team P&L, you also provide guidance and mentorship to your team members.
- Together with your team, you will establish and conquer clients as 1 of the most preferred Recruitment partners among the company.
- You not only play a role model to achieved sales numbers, you also motivate and manage your team members to achieve personal and team targets as a whole, in short, you demonstrate quality leadership.
- Responsible for business development, account management & client sourcing within the legal market
- 360° control of the sales process for candidates & clients
- Generating new business through phone calls, networking, leads, referrals and attending client meetings
- Market mapping using LinkedIn, internal database, internet resources, and market information
- Cold-calling potential clients to present StartUp Jobs Asia’s services and to win their business
- Creating & delivering compelling sales presentations to communicate company unique value proposition
- With at least 2 years experiences in Managing a team of Recruiters.
- A positive attitude & willingness to learn about the hiring industry
- Team-players who are assertive, energetic, and creative
- Self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset
- An open & transparent style of communication/collaboration
- Adaptable to new situations & challenges
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
