We are seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant who thrives in wearing many hats to ensure our office continues to be a fantastic place to work. By employing the right balance of process and creative thinking you will help us grow and ensure we maintain our great culture.


  • Manage all aspects of our workspace and facilities operations, including vendor relationships, budgets, building maintenance,

  • Lead all initiatives on cultivating a clean and tidy office environment.

  • Reception duties for all visitors and management of meeting room calendars.

  • Assist teams with department and company-wide functions and event planning.

  • Ensure office security and fire safety (including drills)

  • Assist our travel agency with co-ordination of employee travel.

  • Assist with scheduling & travel arrangements for the Country Manager

  • Manage the planning of the Country Manager Diary

  • Welcome new employees, deliver Day 1 setup and new hire orientation activities

  • Assist with scheduling recruiting interviews, internal meetings, and Board meetings

  • Greet clients, visitors, vendors and team members and expose them to our culture

  • Maintain the office and arrange necessary repairs, upkeep, safety and office modifications as needed

  • Be responsible for office inventory including stationary, office stockshardware & accessories, etc.

  • Run random errands as needed

  • Other administrative duties as assigned as needed


Must haves:

  • Be organized & creative

  • Be intuitive and resourceful

  • Be willing to help where needed

  • Have strong organizational and planning ability

  • Have outstanding customer service, a great attitude and flexibility

  • Be comfortable running errands by yourself in SF (i.e. "please go and buy a 10 foot christmas tree" or "the CEO needs xyz, can you jump in an uber and sort it out?")

  • Have 2+ years of experience as an Admin or in an organizational role

  • Have great email etiquette as you will be sending / receiving emails on behalf of the company and CEO
