We at TransferFriend are on a mission is to significantly reduce the cost of cross-border money transfers, remittances and educate people on money matters in ASEAN. With the rapid growth of our team, we are searching for a HR Manager to join our ranks.

Your tasks will include, but might not be limited to:
Develop and implement HR strategies, manpower planning and initiatives aligned
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Manage the recruitment and selection process for an ambitious young company
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Dealing with Immigration and related goverment bodies for expatriates matters
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Help establish a working process for hiring and take responsibility for filling the necessary roles
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Skills you would need to possess:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent computer and administration skills
Ethical approach for Human Resources
Excellent organisational and time management skills
You have excellent English writing and communication skills
Knowledge of Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
You have minimally 4 years experience in Managing Human Resource team
Knowledge of working with Mac is an advantage

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
4 Years experience in HR team
