Our community are at the core of what we do and our Community teams are integral to creating the optimal experience for our members, partners and guests.   

Delivering the experiences, programmes and services that serve and connect our members and communities, you will be a catalyst to creating a vibrant and collaborative environment; a place where people can do their best work.

ON A TYPICAL DAY:

You will be responsible for supporting The Working Capitol's community of members, partners and clients through the day to day management, operations and commercial success of your site. This will include:

Members Relations and Support. Being the point of contact for all existing and prospective members. Assisting to their queries with a high standard of customer service, representative of our brand.  

Community Experience. Build, foster and support a cohesive and collaborative community of members, being aware of their needs to facilitate new connections and business opportunities. Run initiatives to encourage the sharing of professional knowledge and resources, and be the bridge between the larger ecosystem and our community, staying relevant and innovative. Work closely with the Marketing & Events teams to organise and communicate events & programmes.

New Member Acquisition and Growth. Achieve 100% occupancy of your TWC site by proactively driving new membership sales, growth and retention. Provide tours to prospects and maximize revenue opportunities across our products and services.

Operations Ninja. Support in all operational tasks and deliver great customer service experiences. Work with the Facilities and IT Team to provide excellent operating procedures, company standards and service delivery to meet member needs and business goals.  Identify opportunities to optimize space operations and, ensuring The Working Capitol experience is reflected in every interactive touchpoint.

You are tech savvy; have the ability to learn and apply new systems and processes
