  • You will be exposed to multiple scope of works supporting Operations, Sales, Customer Support and Business Development.
  • Assist in managing partner and customer accounts and providing support, solutions and services to customers and partners
  • Handling calls from customer enquiries, orders, quotation, etc
  • Conduct periodical audit offline and online audit of inventory 
  • Maintains quality by adhering to standards and guidelines & recommending improved procedures.
  • Keep track of issues and highlight accordingly to operation as necessary.
  • Multi-task by undertaking any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma, Degree in Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
