  • Working with brand account managers to make sure that we reach our clients objectives
  • Set up campaigns in channels such as AdWords, YouTube and DoubleClick
  • Optimizing the campaigns by analyzing the data from interface and Google Analytics
  • Generate and visualize pre, mid and post campaign reports
  • Meet with clients to answer their question on implementation
  • Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors activities and best practice

  • Mentoring and training of our team of SEM specialists
  • Define, develop, and deploy social media best practices
  • Manage all content calendars and project timelines
  • Work alongside strategy and analytics teams to deliver best in class social media campaigns
  • Advise, nurture, and train team members to becoming best in class social media strategists and content creators
  • Oversee and QA visual production for calendars, social copy, and community management
  • Provide insights and analysis around program performance
  • Lead in team growth through trainings and trend spotting for industry changes
  • Lead in platform optimization, including knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization
  • Coordinate effectively with account managers, media planning teams, creative, outreach and PR, and partner agency contacts
  • Nurture and strengthen client’s understanding of the social media space and their brand’s performance
  • Work across teams and with client to define strategic plans and holistic social media marketing proposals
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SEM 
  • 3-5 years agency-side, brand-side or start-up exposure
  • Online Marketing, Consulting, Banking and/or proven Entrepreneurs with PPC experience are also welcome
  • Good experience with AdWords and/or Microsoft AdCenter
  • Hands on experience in optimizing Search, Display & Video campaigns
  • Hands on experience in using web analytics tools like (Google Analytics) to optimize the campaigns
  • Experience in Programmatic buying space
  • Knowledge in Kenshoo, DoubleClick search.
  • Expert knowledge of social content best practices
  • Strong understanding of social and digital space (paid, owned, earned)
  • Experience overseeing full strategy planning and execution: media, content, community management, moderation, and analytics.
  • Highly analytical with a strong understanding of performance metrics as related to social endeavors
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and reconciling differences
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to make complex concepts simple and actionable
  • Ability to partner with other leaders (creative, editorial, media planning, PR) to align teams’ content output across channels
  • Excellent Excel Reporting and presentation skills
  • Team Leader attitude, dynamic, strong communication skills, charismatic
  • Proven leader who is comfortable managing a small team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
