  • ​Executes, coordinates and keeps accurate records/documentations of stock ordering, inventory, stock control and maintenance to protect company property and assets
  • Ensures, monitors and oversees preventive maintenance program is being well carried, outlet is maintained and equipment functions well to protect owners investments
  • Assists Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to promote safe working environment at all times by following the work accident prevention program
  • Encourages a hands-on working environment, multitasks and quickly prioritizes tasks
  • Alert and report to Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager on staff misconduct and suggest appropriate actions if necessary
  • Execute training programs and coordinates all professional development of restaurant employees
  • Act as an ambassador to outlet according to the standards set by the company
  • Constantly engage in conversation to obtain feedback from customers on the service standards and food quality
  • Understanding customer demands, be proactive and strive to upsell all food & beverage items
  • Performing daily opening and closing of the outlet, auditing of cashiers from time to time
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification
  • Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin AND Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills
  • Able to work in Bangsar South
